Jacques Bermon Webster I, born April 30th, 1990 more commonly known as Travis Scott (formerly Travi$ Scott), is an American artist and rapper. His stage name is the name of a favorite uncle who has the first name and first name (of Kid Cudi), of his idol Travis Scott. Scott signed his first major label deal with Epic Records in 2012, as well as an agreement for publishing with Kanye West's GOOD Music. In April 2013, he signed joint recording agreements with Epic and T.I. The singer also signed a recording contract with Epic as well as T.I. Scott's debut album of full length, Owl Pharaoh (1983) was released on self-release. The mixtape was later followed by Days Before Rodeo in 2014. Rodeo (2015) Rodeo, his first studio album, featured the hit single "Antidote". The album that followed, Birds in the Trap Sing McKnight (2016) earned him his first Billboard 200 top 100 album. Scott released his second album with Quavo, Huncho Jack Huncho (2016). The album is his third studio album Astroworld. He also released his first Billboard Hot 100 #1 single, "Sicko Mode" which included Drake. Scott's album JackBoys was released in the latter half of in 2019 by Cactus Jack Records. It was a top 10 hit on the Billboard 200. The single, "Franchise", featuring Young Thug (featuring M.I.A. ), was released. Scott became the first Hot 100 artist to have three songs hit the number one spot within a mere decade , in the year 2020.
